We accept most insurances and are proud to be a part of most major area networks and PPO's. Having been established since 1993, we are well respected in the industry. Currently we are unable to accept patients covered by Medicaid-only who are 21 years of age or older. Our state's Medicaid system does not have an organized way of recognizing medical facilities that are not hospital-based.

We also do not to accept United Health Care. The following are most of the insurances we accept. If yours is not on the list, simply call and we can verify your coverage.
